"Giveaday.be" is an online platform where organization and volunteers can find each other.

"Give a Day" builds its platform together with the users. Your opinion is greatly appreciated. All ideas are welcome to further improve the platform. You can always forward your suggestions to info@giveaday.be .

By using the services on the "Give a Day" website you agree to the following conditions.

2. WHO CAN REGISTER ON THE ONLINE PLATFORM?

Anyone who wants to contribute their part, and who meets the following data, can register.

Giveaday is an online platform, if you want to support a volunteer activity you have to create an account.

Every volunteer is a natural person, with a minimum age of 16 years. Minors under the age of 16 can not participate in voluntary work according to the law.

2.2 THE VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION

Organizations, NGOs, institutions of public interest, associations, de facto associations, ... who, according to the country's volunteer law, may work with volunteers from the location of the vacancy.

Municipalities can become a partner of Give a Day and can assist Give a Day in managing the vacancies and profiles on the territory of the municipalities through the local volunteer and municipal matching website of Give a Day.

3. CREATE VOLUNTEER VACANCY

Every organization that wants to place a volunteer job on the platform has to create an account. This can be a natural person of at least 18 years (actual association), or a legal entity (non-profit association, public utility institution, schools and/or local authorities).

4. LIMITS TO USE PLATFORM

"Give a Day" tries to make its platform work as well as possible, and to keep the Community safe. Please report problems, offensive content and policy violations to us via info@giveaday.be .

Creating an account by a user does not give this user a title to this account. "Give a Day" reserves the right to refuse, modify, suspend or delete accounts or volunteer vacancies, for example if the volunteer work violates applicable laws, is abusive or can be qualified as spam. This list is not exhaustive. All rights over created accounts remain "Give a Day" accessories.

"Give a Day" can not be held responsible for the contents of the volunteer vacancies offered by the organizations on the platform. Both the content and promotion of the volunteer work on the platform, as well as the volunteer vacancies themselves, are the responsibility of the organizations that offer the projects and are organized without the intervention of "Give a Day".

Nor can "Give a Day" be held liable for the correctness of the data of the volunteers, their possible execution or punctuality, or any damage sustained by an organization that is the cause of a volunteer. On the platform an organization can offer volunteer work through a volunteer job. We are not involved in the actual execution between the organization and the volunteers. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of the offered projects. Nor can we guarantee that a volunteer will actually complete the volunteer work.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

"Give a Day" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the users of this platform to respect these rights as well. "Give a Day" reserves the right to remove content that infringes intellectual property rights. Repeated infringements of intellectual property rights of any kind by a user may give rise to the suspension or removal of the account by "Give a Day".
