Casa Rosa stewards with a heart for social safety
What should you do?
The steward is the first point of contact for our visitors. They are easily recognisable by their pink vest. The steward also ensures the smooth running of all events and guards the safety of visitors.
- You enjoy being among people and you are sociable
- You are quick to get away with information about the building
- You think proactively and address visitors
- You dare to call visitors to account for their behaviour when you feel safety is not guaranteed
- Monitoring the physical and social safety of visitors.
- You are willing to receive minor training.
What do you get from us?
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support our festive evening activities during the Gentse Feesten. As a steward, you play a crucial role in welcoming visitors, monitoring the crowd, explaining Safe(r) Spaces guidelines, and more. Our evening activities continue to attract a larger audience, so with your help, we can provide all visitors with a memorable evening.
