BeCentral Foundation

In 2017, BeCentral was born as a grass-roots social venture co-founded by 64 social and technology entrepreneurs. Both a space and a community, it has quickly grown to become the most diverse tech ecosystem in Belgium, enabling more than 330 000 citizens to become makers of the digital future. The BeCentral Foundation extends BeCentral's mission outside its walls. The Foundation seeks to bridge the digital gap and to develop a more inclusive society where every citizen can benefit from the opportunities of the digital age. By funding, promoting and operating all kinds of programs, in Belgium or abroad, in new technologies’ education, scientific and technological research and entrepreneurship.
