Volunteer Supporters Care

Our Supporters Service team is looking for extra help a few hours a week. If you are able to speak and write in French and/or in Dutch, have a look at the tasks we propose:

• You handle the postal returns and incoming postal mail (direct debit stops, letters, bank account changes, etc.)
• You support the inbox management with a focus on tax certificates, address changes, OPT-outs, direct debit stops.
• You make thorough checks on the donor lists
• You give your support for various administrative tasks: mailings, orders, filing,..

• A flexible working environment: either from home with all the ad hoc IT equipment, or in our pleasant office in the heart of Brussels, easily accessible by public transport
• A volunteering allowance
