Call for Event Student Assistants

Hi :)

We are looking for two volunteers to help us with the FARI Brussels Conference: AI, Data, and Robotics for the Common Good.

During this two-day in-person event, world-leading AI/Data/Robotics researchers, experts, policy-makers, and advocates will gather to showcase promising local and international projects, and discuss current technical trends and challenges. Through this, we aim to inspire and stir actionable response from institutions ​in creating a Brussels AI framework that is sustainable, inclusive, and comprehensive.

Assists in the registration (only mornings)

• Designated in the registration table to entertain questions from the participants
• Verify participant registrations and request consent for newsletter subscription (laptop to be provided)
• Instruct participants on how to access the attendee e-packet (via QR CODE)
• Checks-in partners for the stands

Also serves as food and networking managers
