Some neighbours need - for various reasons - help to receive the mail. For example, when they are travelling or less mobile.
If you register for this, the municipality will give you the contact details of the person in your neighbourhood, if the request is made discreetly. If the question is asked publicly in your neighbourhood, you will receive it by e-mail and you can contact the person in question via the system.
