Some neighbors need help to receive the mail for various reasons. Eg. when they are traveling or less mobile.

How does a match work:

If someone from your neighborhood asks this question in a discreet manner, you will receive the contact details of this person via the municipality.

If someone asks this question publicly, you will receive the question by e-mail and you can meet with this person through the system.

In mutual consultation you agree on how often and when you offer your help.
